Cooking Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place Chaudin in baking pan.
  3. Add water until water is halfway up to the chaudin.
  4. Add onions and bell peppers to water.
  5. Cook for 2 hours. Every hour flip chaudin to cook evenly.


  1. Internal temp 165 degrees.
