Convection Oven  Instructions:

1. Thaw pistolettes.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Butter pistolettes.
4. Place pistolettes on a wire rack or in a pan with parchment paper in oven.
5. Cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

1. Thaw pistolettes.
2. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
3. Fully submerge pistolettes in oil for 5-6 minutes.

Notes:

1. Internal temp for convection oven: 160 degrees.
2. Internal temp for deep fry: 160 degrees.
